Giornalista freelance dal 1992, la mia formazione inizia dalla storia del fumetto, satira e umorismo per poi migrare verso la storia economica e sociale del cibo, di cui ho fatto la mia principale attività, con una particolare attenzione alla relazione fra nutrizione e potere. Sceneggiatrice di graphic novel e autrice TV per i canali RAI per ragazzi, ho insegnato Foodwriting, Storytelling e Comunicazione per il marketing all’UNISG, Storia dell'Alimentazione e Antropologia del Cibo per il Bachelor Europeo in Culinary Arts all'Istituto di Alta Cucina Cordon Bleu, e Antropologia del cibo al Master in Giornalismo Enogastronomico alla IUL.
Autrice del romanzo L'Appetito (Eris) e del saggio Cibo e Identità - l'identità nell'epoca della sua riproducibilità gastronomica (Eris), sono attualmente al lavoro su un saggio sull'Italian Sounding in uscita per il 2027.

I don't make bread.
Freelance journalist since 1992, I started specializing in history of comics, satire and humor. I then migrated to the economic and social history of food, focusing on the relationship between nutrition and power. Screenwriter of graphic novels and TV author for RAI channels for children, I have taught Communication for Food Marketing and Corporate storytelling at UNISG, History of Nutrition and Anthropology of Food for the European Bachelor's degree program at the Institute of Culinary Art Cordon Bleu, and Anthropology for food journalism and Corporate storytelling at IUL.
Author of the novel L'Appetito (Eris) and the essay Food and identity - identity in the age of gastronomical reproduction (Eris) I'm currently working on an essay exploring Italian Sounding set to be released in 2027.
